Glass designed and coordinated all components of over 65,000 square
feet of a two-sided silicone glazed curtain wall, which served as
the primary envelope around a four-story archival vault building.
The curtain wall was unsupported for approximately 70 feet at its
highest point and incorporated a 6" square carbon steel vertical
truss system. The highly customized nature of the structure required
modified hoisting equipment and specialized installation techniques.
